Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your data from Efekto:

1. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account, brand profiles, creatives and lead data, and revokes all Meta access tokens.
2. By e-mail: send a request to hello@efekto.ai from the address associated with your account. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
3. Meta connection only: removing Efekto in your Facebook settings (Settings → Business integrations) immediately revokes our access; associated tokens are purged automatically.

Data already delivered to your own systems (e.g. your CRM) is under your control and outside the scope of this process.
