Terms of Service
1. The Service
Efekto is operated by LEMON AGENCY JAKUB ZWOLIŃSKI, al. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warszawa, Poland, NIP PL7712932784.
Efekto is an autonomous advertising platform: it generates, publishes and manages paid ads on your connected ad accounts, within budgets and rules you configure. Ad spend is always billed by the advertising platform (e.g. Meta) directly to your ad account — Efekto fees cover the software and included media credits only.
2. Your responsibilities
You must own or be authorized to manage the connected ad accounts and pages, provide truthful business information used in ads, and ensure your offers comply with applicable law and platform policies. Automated actions run under limits you set (budget envelope, approval mode).
3. Fees
Subscription plans and credit packs are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. A 14-day trial requires no card.
4. No guarantee of results
Advertising outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific cost-per-lead or revenue results.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for ad spend charged by advertising platforms.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts violating these terms or platform policies.
7. Governing law
Polish law; disputes before the courts of Poznań, Poland.
