Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Efekto collects, uses and protects information when you use efekto.ai and the Efekto application (the "Service").
Data controller
Efekto is operated by LEMON AGENCY JAKUB ZWOLIŃSKI, al. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warszawa, Poland, NIP PL7712932784 ("we", "us"). This is the controller of personal data processed through the Service. Contact: hello@efekto.ai.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, e-mail address, company details you provide when creating an account.
- Advertising account data (via Meta APIs): with your explicit authorization, we access your ad accounts, pages, campaigns, ad performance metrics and lead form submissions (
ads_management,pages_manage_ads,leads_retrieval) solely to provide the Service: creating and managing ads, retrieving performance data and delivering leads to you. - Lead data: contact details submitted by consumers through your lead forms. We process this data on your behalf as a processor; you are the data controller for your leads.
- Usage data: log and device information used for security and product improvement.
2. How we use information
To operate the Service: generate and publish ad creatives, manage campaign lifecycle, deliver and score leads, provide analytics, billing and support. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your leads' data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interest (security, product analytics) and consent where required. Data of EU users is stored in the EU.
4. Sub-processors
We use vetted infrastructure providers under data processing terms: Supabase (database, EU region), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), AI media providers used to render creative assets. A current list is available on request.
5. Retention
Account data — for the life of the account. Lead data — per your plan settings (default 24 months), deletable at any time. Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and removed immediately upon disconnection.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection — write to hello@efekto.ai. EU users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
7. Data deletion
You can delete your data at any time — see Data deletion instructions. Disconnecting the Meta integration revokes our access to your Meta data.
8. Changes
We will announce material changes by e-mail and on this page at least 14 days in advance.
